I’m almost done with Wilton’s Advanced Gum Paste Flowers Course, yey! Just more practice is needed…but just only wish I have an assistant to do the kneading of gum paste and fondant for me. Our Wilton instructor Stephanie rocks…there’s never a dull moment…
