CHOCOLATE MUFFINS FOR THE CHOCOHOLICS
I love these easy-to-fix chocolate munchies…and they don’t need any frosting at all!
1 box Devil’s Food Cake Mix 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons dried buttermilk powder 3/4 cup leftover brewed coffee 3 large eggs
3/4 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 F and use regular size muffin pans with paper liners. Mix all ingredients until just combined; do not overmix. Fill muffin holes 2/3 to 3/4 full and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick after 15 minutes of baking. Enjoy!
