BOB RECIPE: Chocolate Fudge Candy
2- 12 oz packages (3 1/2 cups) chocolate chips
6 oz cream cheese, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil. Melt chocolate chips in top of a double boiler.
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat melted chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture. Stir in nuts. Press fudge into pan. Pat smooth. Refrigerate until set.
Remove fudge from pan, peel off foil, place on cutting board and cut into squares.
