BOB RECIPE: Cherry Crisp

Super easy and served with ice cream…what a joy!

Product:  Old Fashioned Oats AND Cherry Pie Filling

BOB RECIPE:  Cherry Crisp

1 (21 oz) Cherry Pie Filling
2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 1/3 cups light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened

Preheat oven to 350 F.  Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.

Pour the pie filling into the pan.  Combine oatmeal, sugar and salt; cut in butter with 2 knives or a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.  Sprinkle oatmeal mixture evenly over pie filling.

Bake for 1 hour.  Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cre
